What do you need and where are you located? 

-Let us know if its a traditional, automatic or filter machine that you would like, how many coffees you need to produce daily, mains water or manual fill machine required, what electrical supply and space is available?.

With this information we will be able to advise a suitable solution to get you up and going.

If you are happy to proceed we will send you all the application and account forms that must be completed and returned along with your initial payment and direct debit forms.

Next we agree a suitable installation date and time, our fully qualified engineers will then install your equipment.

And that's it all sorted, easy as that!

We hold a wide range of machines in stock but please give us as much notice as possible as we may need to order a specific machine in to suit your requirements.

Using N.I's only independent Coffee Machine Rental company you now have the freedom to order your coffee from any of the many N.I suppliers, giving you stronger buying power and easier access to better pricing. We don't tie you down with a fixed term contract you are free to cancel at any stage, we feel happier when our customers want to stay with us not when they are forced to. Our low initial payments allow you to use your hard earned money on other important things rather than the massive outlay of a new machine, but at any point you want to buy the machine rather than rent just ask for a quote. No need to worry about high servicing costs we take care of all the machine fault maintenance costs (like other rental companies user error problems must be paid for).
